These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, sound therapy programs, Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) services, and recommendations for tinnitus-related devices (collectively, the “Services”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. About Tinnitus Connect

Tinnitus Connect is operated by licensed audiologists and tinnitus specialists.

We provide:

  • Sound therapy sessions

  • Tinnitus Retraining Therapy

  • Evaluation and professional recommendations for tinnitus devices

Our goal is to help manage tinnitus symptoms; however, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • All information and Services are for therapeutic and educational purposes only.

  • Our Services do not replace medical treatment from your physician, ENT, or other healthcare provider.

  • Always seek advice from your doctor before starting or changing any medical treatment.

  • If you experience sudden hearing loss, severe dizziness, or any medical emergency, contact a physician or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book or use our Services. By using our website or scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our clinic.

  • Fees: Prices for therapy sessions, sound therapy plans, or recommended devices are clearly stated before booking or purchase.

  • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and contact information.

  • Follow your audiologist’s instructions and disclose any medical conditions that could affect therapy.

  • Use recommended devices only as instructed and for personal use.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, audio materials, and therapy resources is the intellectual property of Tinnitus Connect or its licensors and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tinnitus Connect and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • We do not guarantee a specific outcome, reduction, or elimination of tinnitus symptoms.
